Cherries at Winter – We Make it Possible!

Post-harvest treatments of fruits may elongate their post-harvest life. Consumer safety of those treatments can be assessed by residue studies – at any time during the year.
For post-harvest residue trials at December cherries were imported from Argentina and Chile to be treated with a test item, stored and finally analysed at our laboratories in South Germany.

Cooking, Baking, Preserving – Processing Studies for Consumer Safety!

In addition to field and post-harvest studies we also offer a wide range of processing studies to determine pesticide residues in processed end products like bread, potato chips, wine, apple juice or cherry jam – for a fruity spread even at winter.
