Studies are conducted with species occurring naturally at the test site.
The focus of these studies can be either on a selected group or on community level.
Studies should show recovery effects. 
Highly standardized field studies for a selected group are predatory mite trials in orchards and vineyards. Studies are performed according to the recent guidelines in Spain, France, Germany and Italy. 
Mite identification is done in house.
