Dissipation studies are performed with or without radio-labelled test item. In case of no radio-labelled test item the dissipation is determined by analysis of the test item with GC/FID, GC/ECD; GC/PND, GC/MS, LC/IC, HPLC/UV, HPLC/PDA, HPLC/MS or HPLC-MS/MS (SANCO).
